Our on site sales coordinator serves as your contact for information and assistance throughout the entire planning and implementation stages up to the conclusion of your event. Their focus is to make recommendations for appropriate meeting rooms, setup, audio visual, planning schedules, menu selection and entertainment needs.

 

Our on site motorcoach sales coordinator is available to assist you with selecting our most requested tours or in customizing a tour package to fit your needs and budget. Day tours or those requiring overnight accommodations will include the best of what makes Wheeling a popular destination.

 

One call does it all, overnight lodging, dinner and breakfast buffet, baggage handling, guests pre-registered, local tour guides, admissions to all attractions, time for shopping or relaxing, a welcome reception, dinner shows. Packages include all taxes and gratuities.

 

Function rooms are assigned according to anticipated number of guests. If there are fluctuations in the attendance the hotel reserves the right to assign the proper function room. An appropriate usage fee will be charged for the room set-up.

 

Arrangements need to be finalized with the Sales Office two weeks prior to the function. Please discuss with the coordinator preferred seating times, if you require a head table, all audio visual equipment, decorations and any other special needs.

 

Food & Beverage catering for all events are handled by an outside vendor selected by the hotel. All charges and fees shall be discussed and outlined by the vendor during the planning stages.

 

A complete line of equipment is available. Delivery, set-up and rental can be handled by our Sales Office.

 

Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (rooms may be available prior to 3:00 p.m., discuss this with your coordinator). Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
